Kate + Andy Stevenson Ridge Holiday Wedding

It has been immense fun reliving all the energy and twinkle lights from Kate and Andy’s Stevenson Ridge holiday wedding from last December 2016. I can’t get over all the delicious moody light, cozy plaid and the enchanting holiday glow in every direction.

Kate and Andy’s love is absolute. It floods the room with light and it’s impossible not to feel the warmth. The support of their friends and their family is unmistakably evident as you look through the pictures. Not just by the obvious hugs and kisses from mom, but that something deep in their eyes. That to me is what I most value in my job. Capturing THAT. That hint of the spark inside the soul, rather than what’s plainly obvious. To see so plainly how One felt in that fraction in time. I almost wish I could have turned the camera around to see myself. Because I remember looking at others as a mirror, grinning as they grinned and feeling so full as I not only captured but witnessed their wide open hearts.
